We are excited to launch our new video health service.

Over a two-way secure video your physio will check over the problem areas that are affected, formulating a diagnosis and a treatment plan to reduce pain and restore your strength and mobility.

Your physio will ask you questions via the video link and ask you to perform a number of movements and tests to establish what is happening in the affected area and also how best to help you.

Depending on your needs our physio may run through some self management strategies, demonstrate some exercises and stretches , explain the do's and don'ts and give reassurance as to how to best rectify your current problem.

They will leave you with an understanding of the causes of any symptoms or discomfort and a plan for recovery in the form of self management strategies, stretches and exercises.

They can then review you regularly to progress your treatment regime.
