Physiotherapy is the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a condition . Treatment will include a combination of hands on therapy, exercise and the use of the latest technology to facilitate an accelerated recovery If you are a new patient to us or have a new condition, please select a initial assessment and treatment (40 minute appointment)

Massage is the use of soft tissue techniques to reduce the tone in a muscle. It does not involve assessment or exercises If you are new , we suggest you choose a 40 minute massage to start with. You can book a 25 , 40 or 55 minute appointments, depending on the number of areas you want worked on.

We are excited to launch our new video health service.

Over a two-way secure video your physio will check over the problem areas that are affected, formulating a diagnosis and a treatment plan to reduce pain and restore your strength and mobility.

Your physio will ask you questions via the video link and ask you to perform a number of movements and tests to establish what is happening in the affected area and also how best to help you.

Depending on your needs our physio may run through some self management strategies, demonstrate some exercises and stretches , explain the do's and don'ts and give reassurance as to how to best rectify your current problem.

They will leave you with an understanding of the causes of any symptoms or discomfort and a plan for recovery in the form of self management strategies, stretches and exercises.

They can then review you regularly to progress your treatment regime.

Women's Health

Bianca graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Since graduating she has worked in hospitals and clinics gaining extensive experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, community and respiratory physiotherapy.

Bianca has completed further courses in muscle activations, advanced hip , dry needling and sports injuries. She is also diagnostic Ultrasound trained and a modified pilates trained. She is a Winback and Compex expert certification. She also holds further qualifications in children and adolescent sporting injuries. She has gained experiences working at various sporting events and high-performance centres.

Bianca has a particular interest in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries and spends her spare time keeping active, playing hockey , exploring, travelling and being outdoors.

Sam Martin Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy MCSP, HCPC Sports Massage Therapist

Sam graduated from Oxford Brookes University studying BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy.

Sam has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as different areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He has focused his training through experience in elective orthopaedics with specialist post-graduate experience internationally in Pakistan. Sam comes from a footballing background himself where he developed his interest in sports rehabilitation and therapies refining his physiotherapy skills at Oxford United Football Club with specific interests in injury prevention, as well as paediatrics across all levels of sport. He also has gained experience working with motorsport drivers at club sport level across different championships. Sam enjoys seeing his patients progress and achieve goals set together in addition to building meaningful connections by providing guidance. He promotes an active lifestyle whilst also having interests in gym, cycling and golf. Sam often spends his weekends doing sports photography and enjoys taking his dog out for walks.
